New 16 Week Session for the Fitness Classes now starting!

We are now beginning a new 16 week session of daytime women's fitness classes and a "NO WEIGHT GAIN Holiday Challenge" !

If you are interested in beginning a non-judgmental, fitness routine where you can feel comfortable and at ease regardless of your body type. than please feel free to come in and give us a try. Complimentary class to try us out.
